Introducing CancerHome — a new and improved approach to patient care designed by the experts at e+CancerCare. Used in a growing number of e+CancerCare facilities, CancerHome is a care and guidance model that surrounds the patient with all the best tools, resources, and personnel — from initial diagnosis through treatment, survivorship, and, if needed, hospice care.
CancerHome Guide
A key component of the CancerHome model is the patient guide.
An important member of the treatment team, the CancerHome
Guide is someone who provides support, identifies appropriate
resources to meet each patient’s individual needs, and is always available to answer questions about specialists, treatments, medication, billing, and more.
